College of Education and Behavioural studies was one of the four colleges that established at the initial launching time of Madda Walabu University in 2007. Since then, the College is highly engaged in training highly skilled man power, undertaking research and in need based community services. In this respect, the main objectives of the college are: 1) producing knowledgeable, skilled, and attitudinally matured graduates that enable the country internationally competitive; 2) conducting, enhancing and promoting thematic research focusing on technology transfer consistent with the country's priority needs; 3) Enhancing quality of education from Kindergarten (KG) to secondary schools by improving the capacity of teachers, school leaderships and educational experts, particularly in the catchment areas of the universality and 4) Promoting and ensuring inclusive culture among university community.
