The Nursing and Midwifery Education and Service Directorate is dedicated to advancing excellence in nursing and midwifery education, clinical practice, research, and community engagement. The Directorate works to ensure the training of competent, ethical, and compassionate nursing and midwifery graduates capable of meeting current and future healthcare needs. The Directorate provides strategic leadership in expanding and renovating skill labs where students demonstrate and enrich their practical skills, quality assurance, clinical education, providing on job training for clinical staffs and healthcare service improvement. Enhancing collaboration among academic institutions, healthcare facilities, professional associations, and communities to strengthen nursing and midwifery practice and improve health outcomes is also the strategy of the directorate. Furthermore, the directorate is committed to accredit the program on Comprehensive BSc Nursing and BSc in Midwifery in near the future. The Directorate runs the activities of academic and clinical services of all Nursing and Midwifery areas. The clinical service of Nursing and Midwifery have many departments/units which lead by vice director and department heads. The staffs working on units of all services is more 170 staffs. The academic position encompasses the undergraduate and post-graduate programs. The Directorate have 67 of academic and technical staffs.
