College of Engineering was initially established as school of Engineering and Technology back in 2009 G.C. Upon its establishment, it comprises two departments: Construction technology and management Department and computer science Departement. The college has been at forefront of producing competent Engineers, technologists and responsible professionals for over 16 years. College of Engineering is of the distinguished institutions for Engineering and technology where academic rigor is complemented by industry relevance and holistic development. Currently, Engineering college offers diverse UG Regular programs under seven distinct yet deeply interconnected departments such as Civil Engineering Department, Electrical and computer Engineering Department, Construction technology and management Department, Mechanical Engineering, Surveying Engineering Department, Water resource and Irrigation Engineering Department and Architecture Departement. Each department uniquely positioned to address the complex technological, structural and environmental challenges of our time. Additionally, college offers PG programs in MSc.in Manufacture system Engineering, MSc, in Mechanical Design Engineering and MSc. In Hydraulics Engineering. College is also offering Civil Engineering and Electrical and Computer Engineering in Extension Program, and Mechanical Drawing and Design in Summer program. Our curriculum balances rigorous theoretical foundations with outcome-based hands-on experience, including internship and practical cutting-edge laboratories such as material lab, building construction lab, Geotechnical lab, Highway lab, Electrical lab, Electrical workshop, Mechanical lab, Mechanical work shop, Surveying lab, Hydraulics lab, Architecture drafting studio and well-equipped computer laboratories ensuring that our graduates are well- prepared to face real world challenges. As learning organization, we are focused on continuous improvement, responsive to community needs and making contributions to industry, knowledge and the society at large.
